Desensitizing Those Who Might Be Asked to Just Follow Orders

First we hear that Obama has been purging military brass who won’t order troops to fire on American citizens. Now we learn that law enforcement personnel are being explicitly trained to shoot children and pregnant women. No, this is not a sick joke:
