Why the Chair was empty on Tuesday


A busy Tuesday as President Obama welcomes the WNBA champs at the White House this morning.  Then he turns to campaign mode as he heads to New York City to tape "Letterman" then hits two fundraisers including one hosted by singer and celebrity Beyoncé Knowles at husband and rapper Jay-Z's club "40/40".
